Refund policy
Returns for exchange or store credit only.
Online Items need to be unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by customer. All original packaging needs to be in tact. Packages will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Replaced items will be charged a shipping fee. Green Hippo Gifts is not responsible and will not offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
*Any curbside orders not picked up within 10 days will not be refunded.
*Green Hippo Gifts is not responsible for delays with shipping carriers and will not issue refunds for orders that arrive after expected delivery date.
*In-store return policy: Returns for exchange or store credit only. Items need to be returned within 14 days with receipt, in the same condition in which they were shipped. They need to be unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by customer. All original packaging needs to be in tact.
